Refund policy

We are very happy to offer a full refund or exchange on items based on the guidelines below:

1. You must notify us within 14 days of your intent to return the item. You can notify us by emailing: hello@keepworthing.com.
2. Once you have notified us of your intent to return an item, it must be returned within 14 days to qualify for a refund or exchange.
3. The item must have its original tags and shows no signs or wear or damage.
